🧲 Customer Visit to Our Neodymium Magnet Factory

We were delighted to welcome our valued international partner to visit our Neodymium Magnet manufacturing facility. This visit was a great opportunity to share our production process, technical capabilities, and commitment to quality with our customers face-to-face.

During the visit, our guests were guided through every key department of our factory — from raw material selection, cutting and shaping, magnetizing and coating, to final testing and packaging. They observed how our advanced automation equipment and skilled engineers work together to ensure high precision and consistency in every magnet we produce.

Our engineers demonstrated different magnet grades (N35–N52, N42SH, N52UH) and coating options (Ni-Cu-Ni, Epoxy, Zinc), explaining how each type is selected based on application requirements such as temperature resistance, corrosion protection, and magnetic strength. Customers showed great interest in our high-performance magnets used in motors, robotics, sensors, and renewable energy systems.

We also shared our strict quality control process, including flux measurement, dimensional inspection, and salt-spray testing. Every step follows international standards like ISO9001, RoHS, and REACH, ensuring reliable performance and long-term stability.

This factory visit not only allowed our customers to understand our production capability in depth, but also strengthened mutual trust and confidence in future cooperation. Together, we aim to build long-term partnerships and deliver world-class magnetic solutions for industries around the globe.
