Unlike disc magnets that rely on adhesive or single-hole round pot magnets with limited positioning, two symmetrical countersink holes allow dual-point screw locking, greatly improving the overall stability and anti-slip performance during long-term vibration operation.

The product adopts an integrated deep-drawn steel pot shell, which completely wraps the internal neodymium magnet core. This closed magnetic circuit structure effectively reduces magnetic flux leakage, concentrates all suction force on the bottom adsorption surface, and doubles the effective pull force compared with bare block magnets of the same size. The steel shell also plays a protective role to prevent the brittle rare earth magnet from cracking and chipping during collision and installation.

Each rectangular pot magnet is precisely machined with two standard countersink holes, perfectly matching common flat head screw models. After locking, the screw head is fully embedded into the magnet body, forming a flat and neat surface without protrusions, which will not scratch the equipment shell or interfere with the operation of surrounding mechanical parts. The surface is uniformly nickel-plated, with smooth rounded edges, excellent wear resistance and moisture resistance, suitable for long-term indoor workshop and production line use. Epoxy waterproof coating can be customized for humid, coastal and outdoor working environments.
